About our cases

TERESclaims’ team members have been closely associated with the success of major international projects in the sectors of aerospace, agriculture, armed security services, automotive, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, construction and mining, energy (gas, oil, renewables), financial services, retail and distribution, transport (sea, road, rail and air).

We have experience of more than 300 cases resolved judicially before national or international courts, or extra-judicially through out-of-court settlements, including major multi-party cases against transnational companies. This has resulted in significant payouts in favour of our clients.

Active Cases

Active cases that are getting ready for claims, dispute, and litigation management:

  • Currently in discussions with funders regarding a potential damages case related to the dairy industry in France and across Europe.

  • We support a leading litigation vehicle with the communication and business strategy, and facilitate dialogues with affected companies, including major food retail players.

  • We assisted a leading European litigation funder in effectively communicating a compelling value proposition for monetizing claims to transport companies in France, Luxembourg, and Belgium affected by the European Trucks Cartel.

  • We supported a renowned litigation funder in the preliminary assessment of the case, engaged with top-tier legal counsel, and contributed to developing the communication and business strategy.

  • against companies of the Spanish Cars Cartel, i.e. the main European and non-European manufacturers of light vehicles.

  • against companies of the Spanish and Italian Corrugated Cardboard Cartels, i.e. the main producers of corrugated cardboard sheet and cardboard boxes.

  • against companies of the European Sodium Chlorate Cartel, in particular Akzo Nobel, EKA Chemicals, Kemira Chemicals, and Arkema France.

  • against companies of the European Hydrogen Peroxide Cartel, in particular Evonik Degussa GmbH, Akzo Nobel NV, Solvay SA/NV, Kemira Oyj, Arkema France SA, and FMC Foret SA.

  • against companies of the European Paraffin Wax Cartel, in particular ExxonMobil, Shell, Total and Sasol.

  • against companies of the German Cement Cartel, i.e. the main cement producers in Germany.

  • against companies of the European Elevators and Escalators Cartel, in particular Otis, KONE, Schindler and ThyssenKrupp.

We have also been involved in numerous other compensation matters, related to the manipulation of the Libor & Euribor interbank rate, the increase in maritime cargo prices, the European Canned Vegetables Cartel, the European Payment Cards Cartel, the French Meal Vouchers Cartel, as well as matters relating to the manipulation of public contracts for major works and construction projects, and to issues in the military and security sectors.
